How to redeem your gift card

Recipient to email or phone stating their gift card code and address.

We will then check our schedule and agree a date for the visit.

Terms & Conditions

Visits are limited to the following postcode areas - SG8, SG19, CB23. If unsure or to see if we will cover your area, please contact us to check.

Waste removal is not included within the price of the gift card. Waste can be removed at an additional cost.

Gardeners will conduct garden maintenance tasks including; grass cutting, hedge trimming, weeding, pruning and leaf clearing.

Tree works are excluded.

Hedges greater than 5m long or 2m high are excluded but can be conducted at an additional cost.

Cancellations or changes to visit dates must be notified to us at least 7 days before the visit is due to take place. A new date will be arranged.

Visits are conducted between Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.

Gift card value based on 2 gardeners visiting - £60 = 1 hour visit, £120 = 2 hour visit, £240 = half day, £480 = full day.
